As the director of brand purpose planning for Futerra US, Molly is relentlessly on the hunt for insights that can help unlock big ideas to drive change, whether it's the latest food trend or the biggest need in the girls education space. She has nearly 10 years of experience in working with some of the world’s biggest brands to develop and activate their purpose strategies and creative campaigns, using Futerra's approach of "logic and magic" to communicate a powerful vision of the change a brand wants to create in the world underpinned by a powerful roadmap to achieve it. Current clients range from REI to L'Oreal to the Keep Birth Control Co-pay Free Campaign to Ocean Conservancy -- with women & gender equality issues an area of deep personal passion and experience. Previously a Vice President at Edelman in the agency’s Business +Social Purpose practice, Molly was the purpose strategy and day-to-day client lead on a wide range of consumer brand, corporate and nonprofit clients, including Unilever, TJX Companies, KaBOOM! and many others.
